Refund Eligibility

Flexible Rate Bookings:

Full Refund: If you cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for the first night of your stay. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Non-Refundable Rate Bookings:

No Refunds: Reservations made under the non-refundable rate category are not eligible for refunds. In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Refund requests must be submitted through our reservations team at or by calling 0096265858100.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
