Cancellation Policy:

• For refundable reservations, if you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid any cancellation fees.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the first night's room rate plus taxes.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation, including taxes.

• Early departures will be charged the full amount of the remaining nights of the reservation, including taxes.

• For non-refundable reservations, any cancellation or modification will be charged the full amount of the reervation, including taxes.

 

Refund Policy:​

• Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment used for the initial booking, for refundable reservations only.

• If you cancel your refundable reservation within the required timeframe, we will refund any payment you have made, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

• Refunds for no-shows or early departures will not be issued, for both refundable and non-refundable reservations.

• Refunds for non-refundable reservations will not be issued.

Modification Policy:

• For refundable reservations, if you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable rate changes.

• Any modifications may be subject to additional fees or rate changes.

• For non-refundable reservations, any modification will be charged the full amount of the reservation, including taxes.
